Chinese Checkers Rules

Chinese Checkers is a classic board game for 2 players. The goal is to move all 10 of your marbles from your starting triangle to the opposite triangle.

Setup

• You are CYAN — your pieces start at the top triangle
• AI is MAGENTA — its pieces start at the bottom triangle
• Each player has 10 marbles

Movement

• Click a piece to select it — legal moves will highlight
• Green highlights show adjacent moves
• Yellow highlights show hop moves
• Click a highlighted cell to move there

Hopping

• You can hop over an adjacent marble into an empty space beyond
• You can chain multiple hops in a single turn
• Hops can go in any direction
• You can also just move to an adjacent empty space

Winning

• Move all 10 of your marbles to the opposite triangle
• The first player to fill their goal triangle wins!
